Therefore, the relevant content is now corrected as follows: Before correction: As of October 31,2020,The Company brought back the17,793,620 Company's shares for the first time through a special securities trading account for shares repurchase, and those shares account for about 2.36% of the Company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price is 9.17 HKD / share and the lowest transaction price is 7.22HKD / share and the total transaction amount is 141,044,964.7HKD. After correction: As of October 31,2020,The Company brought back the17,366,369 Company's shares for the first time through a special securities trading account for shares repurchase, and those shares account for about 2.30% of the Company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price is 9.17 HKD / share and the lowest transaction price is 7.22HKD / share and the total transaction amount is 141,044,964.7HKD. Except for the above correction, other contents of the "Announcement on the Implementation Progress of Share Repurchase" remain unchanged.
