AsforsellingitscolourTVsabroad,theCompanymainlyreliesonB2B.ItscolourTVsaresoldtoAsiaPacific,MiddleEast,Central&SouthAmerica,EastEurope,etc.AndoperatingprofitsourceisalsothedifferencesbetweenthecostsandthesellingpricesofitscolourTVs.In the first half of 2022, affected by factors such as increasingly fierce market competition,fluctuatingrawmaterialprice, andsluggishscalegrowthundertheimpactoftheCOVID-19pandemic,thegrossprofitlevelofthecolorTVindustrycontinuedtobediluted.AccordingtostatisticsfromAllViewCloud(AVCforshort),theomni-channelretailsalesvolumeinChina'scolorTVmarketwas16.72millionunitsinthefirsthalfof2022,decliningby6.2%year-on-year,and theretail sales valuewas RMB53.1 billion, decreasing by 10.5% year-on-year.With theintelligentupgradeofelectronicproductsanditerativeupdateofdisplaytechnologies,thecolorTVindustryisexpectedtoenterthestageofupgradeguidedbyscienceandtechnology,andthemarketscaleoftheindustryisexpectedtogrow.
2.Thewhitegoodsbusiness
ThewhitegoodsproducedbytheCompanymainlyincluderefrigerators,washingmachines,airconditioners,freezers,etc.,whicharesoldthroughB2BandB2Cmainlytothedomesticmarket.AndtheCompanyprofitsfromthemarginsbetweenthecostsandthesellingpricesofitswhitegoods.TheCompanystrengthenedthefoundationofourwhitegoodsbrandsthroughtheacquisitionoftheFrestecbrand.Meanwhile,theestablishmentoftheNingboA/CproductionbaseasajointventurehashelpedtheCompanybuilditsownA/Cmanufacturingcapability.Theweaknessinthefront-loadingwashingmachinetechnologyhasbeenovercomebytheacquisitionofBeko(Front-loadingWashing Machine) ChinaFactory.In addition, theCompany went on anew path ofexploringthedishwasherworldbysettingupXi’anSmartAppliancesPark.TheCompanyalsooptimizedtheinternalR&D,production,procurement,sales,andservicesprocesses,integratedtheexternalchannelresourcestoenablechannelsharingbetweentheupstreamprocurementprocessesanddownstreamsalesprocesses,andimprovedtheproductsalesstructureandcompetitivenessofthewhitegoodsbusiness.

The Company's industry trade business mainly focuses on the procurement, processing anddistributionofICchipstorage,LCDandothermaterialsinvolvedinthecompany'straditionalmainbusiness.Theoperatingprofitcomesfromtheprocessingfeeandthepricedifferencebetweenupstreamprocurementanddownstreamsales.TheindustrytradebusinesscanhelptheCompanyestablishgoodrelationshipswithitsupstreamsuppliersanddownstreamcustomers,andkeepitinformedofpricesofthematerialsusedinitsproductionforbettercostcontroloveritsexistingproducts.Additionally,itisabletofacilitatethedevelopmentofthesemiconductorbusinessbyhelpingaccumulatecustomerresourcesforthesemiconductorandchipbusiness,providesaleschannels,andachieveaccuratematchingofmarketdemand,withashortenedproductdevelopmentperiodandalowerriskofmismatchingofR&Dandmarketdemand.

Currently,theCompanyisengagedinstorage, optoelectronics, etc. withrespect tothesemi-conductorbusiness.Instorage,theCompanyprimarilyengagesinpackagingandtestingofstorageproducts.Inoptoelectronics,theCompanyprimarilydevelopsMicroLED-relatedproducts.MicroLEDistheprevailingtrendanddevelopmentdirectionoffuturedisplaytechnology.Theindustrialchainisdividedintofourmainlinks:upstreamchipmanufacturingandmasstransfer,midstreampanelmanufacturing,anddownstreamcompletemachineapplication.TheMicroLEDhaswideindustrialapplicationandabroadmarket.
