Thecompanyshallcomplywiththedisclosurerequirementsofpower-relatedindustriesintheGuidelineNo.3forSelf-regulationofListedCompaniesofShenzhenStockExchange-IndustryInformationDisclosure.Accordingtothestatisticsofthenationalpowerindustryin2022publishedbytheNationalEnergyAdministration,theelectricityconsumptionofthewholesocietyinChinain2022was8.64trillionkWh,withayear-on-yearincreaseof3.6%.Theelectricityconsumptionoftheprimaryindustrywas114.6billionkWh,withayear-on-yearincreaseof10.4%;Theelectricityconsumptionofthesecondaryindustrywas5.7trillionkWh,withayear-on-yearincreaseof1.2%;Theelectricityconsumptionofthetertiaryindustrywas1.49trillionkWh,withayear-on-yearincreaseof4.4%;Thedomesticelectricityconsumptionofurbanandruralresidentswas1.34trillionkWh,withayear-on-yearincreaseof13.8%.

Thecompanyshallcomplywiththedisclosurerequirementsofpower-relatedindustriesintheGuidelineNo.3forSelf-regulationofListedCompaniesofShenzhenStockExchange-IndustryInformationDisclosure.Thecompanyismainlyengagedintheinvestment,construction,andoperationmanagementofelectricpowerprojectsandnewenergyprojects,aswellastheproductionandsalesofelectricpower.Itbelongstothepower,heat production and supply industry classified in the “Guidelines for the Industry Classification of Listed
Companies”bytheChinaSecuritiesRegulatoryCommission.Sinceitsfoundation,thecompanyhasalwaysadheredtothebusinesstenetof“Capitalfromthepeople,usingitforelectricity,andbenefitingthepublic”andadherestothebusinesspolicyof“Centeringonthemainbusinessofelectricity,withdiversifieddevelopment”,focusingonthemainbusinessofpowerandmakingthepowerstructuregodiversified.Inadditiontothedevelopment,constructionandoperationoflarge-scalecoal-firedpowerplants,italsohascleanenergyprojectssuchasLNGpowergeneration,windpowergenerationandhydropowergeneration,whichprovidesreliableandcleanenergytousersthroughthegridcompany.Asoftheendof2022,thecompanyhascontrollableinstalledcapacityof31.444millionkilowatts,includingholdinginstalledcapacityof29.6962millionkilowattsandequity
participationinstalledcapacityof1.7478millionkilowatts.Including:Theholdinginstalledcapacityforcoal-

Thecompany'sbusinessisdominatedbycoal-firedpowergeneration,andthefuelcostsaccountforalargeportionofoperatingcosts,thusthefluctuationsincoalpriceshaveasignificantimpactonthecompany'soperating performance. During the reporting period, affected by the increase in power generation and the
