Notice on the Correction of the "Abstract of 2022 Annual
Report"
The Company and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete, and there are no false records, misleading statements or material omissions.
Shenzhen SEG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") released the "Abstract of 2022 Annual Report" (Notice No.: 2023-009) on Juchao Website on April 27, 2023. After verification, it was found that, in the Company's "Abstract of 2022 Annual Report", some data in the "(1) Main Accounting Data and Financial Indexes in Recent Three Years" under the "3. Main Accounting Data and Financial Indexes in Recent Three Years" in the section of "II. Company Profile" are wrong and are hereby corrected as follows:
